NOTICE OF PRE-HEARING CONFERENCE
A pre-hearing conference in the above-entitled matter is scheduled for Thursday, September 10, 2026, at 9:30 a.m., via virtual platform, concerning Montrose Farm Solar LLC’s application for a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (“CPCN”) for authority to construct at 5.0 megawatt alternating current (“MWac”) solar photovoltaic (“PV”) community solar energy generating facility in Kent County, Maryland (“Project”). The proposed Project is anticipated to occupy an approximately 5.1-acre portion of the 149-acre property, described by Tax Map 44, Grid 2C, Parcel 231 and located at 25792 John Hanson Road, Chestertown MD, 21620.
The pre-hearing conference will be held virtually and barring technical difficulties, streamed live for viewing via the PULJ Division’s YouTube Channel http://www.youtube.com/@mdpscpuljs327. At the pre-hearing conference, any preliminary matters will be discussed, including consideration of any petitions to intervene that have been filed, and the establishment of a procedural schedule.
Petitions to intervene must be filed on or before Friday, September 4, 2026, and may be filed electronically through the Commission’s website at https://psc.maryland.gov or sent by first-class mail to the Commission’s Executive Secretary, Andrew S.
