Tim has spent the past decade working at the intersection of distributed solar development, finance, and policy. At Third Pillar, he focuses on originating and structuring community solar and large PPA projects across the East Coast and in emerging markets.
Before joining Third Pillar, Tim served as Business Development Director at Greenskies Clean Focus, a leading distributed solar developer and PPA provider. Prior to that, he spent five years leading distributed generation solar business development at Nuveen Green Capital, one of the nation’s foremost C-PACE finance providers.
Tim holds a law degree from The George Washington University and leverages his legal background to craft creative, practical solutions with partners. Outside of work, he enjoys life in the Pacific Northwest with his wife and daughter, where he spends time backpacking, paddleboarding, biking, running, skiing and staying active in a number of local sports leagues.
