Andrew has worked in the regulatory and policy space for over ten years, with the last five being focused on energy policy.
Prior to Third Pillar, Andrew worked as a policy and regulatory affairs associate for CleanChoice Energy, where he helped lead efforts to protect deregulated energy markets and open new ones. Andrew also worked in the general counsel’s office at Every town for Gun Safety, the nation’s largest organization working to pass sensible gun regulations. Andrew also worked for several members of Congress and spent a year working for President Obama.
Andrew earned a bachelor’s degree in government from American University and a J.D. from American University Washington College of Law, both in Washington, D.C. Outside of Third Pillar, Andrew enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, and is a long suffering New York sports fan.
